Please Note: Prior to using this payment system you must obtain a Reference Number provided by the County Treasurer’s Office.  If you do not know that number or you have misplaced it you may contact the County Treasurer's Office by telephone during normal business hours by calling 830-997-6521.

Using this payment system you may make payments of $300.00 or less in a single transaction.  Multiple transactions up to $300.00 each may be made if your amount due is over $300.00.  Please be aware that you will be assessed a convenience fee for each transaction.

Be sure to submit any paperwork as may be required by the County Treasurer's Office.

A notice of receipt of payment by the County Treasurer’s Office will be sent to you after confirmation of receipt of funds is received by the Office and any required paperwork is filed with the Office.

Please Note:  By using this payment system you will be assessed a transaction fee, which is a percentage of the payment transaction.  Please confirm and approve the transaction fee prior to submission.  Transaction fee is non-refundable.

You must still file your Quarterly Hotel Occupancy Tax Return form with the County Treasurer’s Office on or before the reporting due date.  You may file the form electronically to countytreasurer@gillespiecounty.org or by standard hard copy.
