The Financial Disbursement Register is prepared monthly by the Gillespie County Treasurer. The Register is posted on the County Treasurer’s web page.
The first section of the Register lists all financial checks processed by the County Treasurer’s Office for the reporting period. Information provided may include such data as: transaction date; transaction amount; vendor name; vendor number; financial ledger account; transaction description.
The second section of the Register lists all electronic fund transfers processed by the County Treasurer’s Office for the same reporting period. Information provided may include such data as: transaction date; transaction amount; vendor name; financial ledger account; transaction description.
