This office assists the citizens in providing for the health, safety, and welfare of Gillespie County residents and the environment.  Gillespie County is dedicated to the safety and welfare of all property owners.  The completion of all permit applications ensures that regulations set forth by the governing entities are in compliance with all standards.  Property owner or assigned designated agent can obtain all required applications.

Please contact this office prior to construction to obtain a Development & Floodplain Permit to determine if any floodplain issues exist.
