County Treasurer Monthly Financial Report
The Gillespie County Treasurer’s Monthly Financial Report is prepared by the County Treasurer, filed with the Gillespie County Clerk’s Office, and submitted to the County Commissioner Court for acceptance. The Financial Report is published on the County Treasurer’s web page.
The Financial Report includes, but not limited to: 1) a signed affidavit which is filed with the County Clerk's office; 2) cash balances in each County Fund as of the reporting period ending date; 3) statement of receipts and disbursements by fund for the current reporting month; 4) bank reconciliation worksheets for eleven bank accounts in which the County Treasurer is primary custodian.
