VAMC Kerrville Shuttle to VAMC Audie Murphy, San Antonio - Reservations Required
If you need to reserve the shuttle that will take you from VAMC Kerrville to VAMC Audie Murphy and back, you must make a reservation. You should call the Travel Office at (830)792-2418 for a reservation.
The shuttle leaves the Kerrville campus at 7:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, and the return shuttle times from the Audie Murphy campus are the same. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the shuttle.
Changes to Shuttle Service from VAMC Kerrville to VAMC Audie Murphy San Antonio
Effective April 1, 2020 and until further notice, the Kerrville VA Medical Center to Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital shuttle will follow the schedule below:
Please note that all patients will be screened upon entering Kerrville VA Medical Center or Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital will be required to wear a wristband or carry a card issued to them indicating they were screened negative for COVID-19 to gain entrance to the shuttle. For additional questions, please contact the Kerrville VA Medical Center Travel Department at (830) 792-2418.
Reminder: Policy in place states do not bring along children under the age of 18 and no non-service animals on VHA property.

VA Care in the Community: South Texas (Kerrville & San Antonio areas) Non-VA Community Care Brochure If you go to an Emergency Room or are admitted to a Civilian Hospital, you MUST notify the VA within 72 hours - this does not guarantee the VA will pay the bill. It is based on your priority group and several laws. All outside care is your responsibility unless you have an appointment IN WRITING from the VA that authorizes that appointment.

AACOG Weatherization Assistance Program is funded by Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and United States Department of Energy. Program is designed to help low-income people overcome high cost of energy by installing weatherization energy conservation measures in their homes - at no cost. Program is open to applicants whose overall household income falls at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Level. Home owners and renters can apply.

d. Women Veterans (Service from Dec 7, 1941 to May 7, 1975).
