The County of Gillespie is requesting bids for the following operating supplies for calendar year 2025:

AGGREGATE AND FLEXIBLE BASE MATERIAL

CONCRETE MATERIAL

COLD MIX LAY ASPHALT MATERIAL

A copy of the bid package is available by clicking the item line above. 

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  No FAX bids will be accepted.

Request for Qualifications: On Call Engineering Services

Gillespie County is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide engineering services for County projects. 

SOQ’s will be received by the Gillespie County Engineering Department, Attention: Melissa Eckert, at 101 W Main Street, Room 101, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624, until 2:00pm local time on Thursday, January 30, 2025.  SOQ’s received after this time will be returned unopened. 

RFQ Documents may be viewed at the Gillespie County Courthouse on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9am – 3pm.
