The Gillespie County Attorney’s Office is generally subject to the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code chapter 552. You can make a public information act request in writing in the following manners:

Please be sure to include your contact information (telephone number, email, and mailing address) with your written request. Your written request also must describe the documents that you are requesting. The more specific your request, the easier it will be for our office to respond with the documents that you are requesting. Examples of the type of descriptions in a request that are helpful are names or titles of records, dates of records, and case numbers.
