Courthouse, Library and Annex 1 Parking Notice for Friday, December 5: All are asked to not park in any of the parking spaces on Nimitz Parkway behind/south of the Courthouse, Pioneer Memorial Library and Annex 1 after 2:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025.  The area will be closed for use as the Staging Area for the Light the Night Christmas Parade floats.  This will prevent safety and traffic concerns for the participants and for all employees.  Parade begins at 6:30 pm.  For Parade Route Closed Parking Information, please click here.
